All in Garden  Shipping Policies:

Inventory for orders will only be held with full payment.

Due to rising freight costs, additional shipping costs are likely to be incurred for orders with requested future ship dates.

Shipment Confirmation:

After ordering, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

Statement on Shipping Carrier Delays:

All In Garden is not responsible for delivery delays. Once we have shipped your order, the delivery date is uncertain and can take longer than expected.

Backorder and Ship Complete Policy:

We apologize for any inconvenience however, currently if any items on your order are out of stock and not available to ship, then your entire order will be held to ship complete for up to 10 business days. If this item’s expected in stock date exceeds 10 business days, we will ship all available items at time of order.

For orders less than $100. currently if any items on your order are out of stock and not available to ship, then your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship complete.

General Shipping Policies and Calculation:

Shipping Notes: The rates above apply only to standard ground shipping for the 48 contiguous states. 

Drop Ship: Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time and/or shipping charges. If expedited shipping service is needed please contact us. If this applies to your order, you will be notified PRIOR to shipping and PRIOR to being charged.

Fast Ground Delivery:  We ship all ground orders using UPS or USPS carrier services. Please note, the size and weight of some items and orders may require a specific carrier service to be used and the most economical shipping method will always be chosen.

Ground shipping may take up to 10 days depending on delivery location. Contact us for up-to-date status of your order.

Shipping: Risk of Loss
In the event there is a loss or a claim needs to be filled Gardener’s Edge will be happy to assist its customers and provide necessary contact information and support.

All items purchased from Gardener’s Edge are made according to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Gardener’s Edge is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
